Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OP3GbZdiwUU

Stuck in the loop of a horror B-movie, a hyper-sexualized black female character decides to reject her fate and rebel against the script. Along with her boyfriend, token black guy who always dies first, they throw the entire movie off course. They try to outwit the serial killer and escape in order to break free… but the film has other plans.

[ FEATURED ARTIST ] ALBERTO ROBLEST

E-poems, Videos by Alberto Roblest

1- Jumper | Brincador | Running Time: 2 min. 30 sec.
Recently remastered, this Short Video is about improvement, but also about aspirations, attempts and direct confrontation with reality. A metaphor? Perhaps also a mention of being an immigrant, minority in an adverse context… or simply a man who, in his desire to move forward, only jumps.

2- Multiple Exposure | Exposición Múltiple | Running Time: 1 min. 35 sec.
Playful, abstract and allegorical video of many views and possibilities. “The eye that deceives”.

3- Third phonetic slide rule. | La Tercera regla de cálculo fonético | Running Time: 70 secs.
In times of gender claims & identity, the third phonetic slide rule is a playful visual word game about art and its possible conjugations.

4- Impatient | Impaciente | Running Time: 2:30 sec.
E-poem about medications, pills, prescribed drugs, and the reality of addictive societies.

5- Ode to Jack Kerouac | Oda a Jack Kerouac | Running Time: 1min. 30 sec.
Short Road movie poem in homage to Jack Kerouac and his legacy.

6- Induced | Inducido | Running Time: 4 min. 50 secs.
Induced is a very pop and personal love story, with the city of new york and its sounds in the background.

THE KISS (BOUSSA), Azedine Kasri, Comedy, 2023, Algeria, 19 min

Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhbsjHw6GiE

Meriem and Reda are two Algerian lovers, who have still not managed to exchange a kiss. This simple desire will turn into a real obstacle course. The remaining question is: are they going to make it ?
